Refund Eligibility
You Get a Refund If:
- Within 14 days of first subscription
- Used less than 5 video credits
- Service wasn't working (technical issue)
- Contacted us within refund period
No Refund If:
- Used 5+ video credits
- More than 14 days since purchase
- Changed mind after heavy usage
- Account suspended for Terms violation

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
- Cancellation prevents future charges
- Service continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for unused time in current period
- Canceled accounts can reactivate with same plan
