By accessing ViralCut Studio ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Service.
We provide AI-powered video generation tools. You're responsible for how you use our Service.
2. Service Description
ViralCut Studio generates short-form videos using:
- Our exclusive AI-generated voiceovers (created in-house)
- Our proprietary AI-generated images/music (created in-house)
- User-provided text/prompts
Each generated video is unique. We do not use third-party copyrighted material.
3. Your Rights & Ownership
You own: The videos you generate.
We own: The underlying AI models, software, and platform.
Exclusive content: All voiceovers, music, and images are created by our proprietary AI systems and are exclusive to ViralCut Studio.
Commercial use: You can monetize generated videos on YouTube, TikTok, etc.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our Service to create content that:
- Violates laws or promotes illegal activities
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
- Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
- Infringes others' intellectual property
- Is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
- Contains personal information without consent
We may suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Payments & Refunds
Subscription: Monthly/Yearly billing.
Refunds: 14-day money-back for first subscription if unsatisfied.
No refunds if: You've used significant credits or violated Terms.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime; service continues until billing period ends.
6. Platform Compliance
Our generated content uses exclusive AI assets (not copyrighted material). However:
- You must comply with YouTube/TikTok/Instagram policies
- We're not responsible if platforms reject your content
- You're responsible for your video's final compliance
7. Disclaimer
Service provided "as is." We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific video performance/virality
- Platform acceptance of your content
Maximum liability: Amount paid in last 3 months.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
